1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, or customized products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

 with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
